1.      Can I customise a gift?

Yes! Many of our products, such as balls, trophies, jewellery and drinkware, can be personalised with names, numbers, or special messages. Simply choose your customisation options when placing an order.

2.      What are your delivery options and times?

We offer several delivery options, including standard and express shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while express options ensure faster delivery.

3.      Can I change or cancel my order?

Personalised orders can be modified or cancelled as long as the product has not already gone into production. If you discover an error in the personalisation after placing the order, please contact as soon as possible. We will be able to amend the product if it is not already in production. After this time, we will be able to produce another item, but there will be charge for this which will be discussed with you. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

All other orders may be cancelled in line with our returns policy here.

4.      What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
